Matt began working in mortgage lending in 2003 and founded Denver Lending in 2009. The company later became Impact Home Lending to reflect a broader purpose: making a positive impact through clear financial guidance and thoughtful home-loan strategy.
Before returning his full focus to mortgage lending, Matt worked as a financial adviser and held a Series 7 license. He has also invested in real estate since 2006. That experience shapes the questions he asks about payment, liquidity, debt, future plans and how a mortgage fits into a client's complete financial picture.
