You may opt in by selecting the SMS consent option on an Impact Home Lending website form or by directly asking us to communicate with you by text. By opting in, you authorize Impact Home Lending to send text messages related to your mortgage inquiry and requested services.

Message frequency varies based on your request and loan activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text messages may include responses to your questions, scheduling, document reminders and updates related to your mortgage inquiry.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, call (720) 706-6497 or email matt@impacthomelending.com. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
Consent and privacy
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not sell your mobile information or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with providers that help us deliver messages and serve your request.
